Growing Today's Kids Into Passionate Christ Followers . . .

Xtreme Kidz Policies

Check-In Policies

In order to be admitted access to Xtreme Kidz, you must first check in at the Check In Desk.  Our Visitor Check-In Desk is located in The Connector, between the Activity Center and the Worship Center.  Initially you will be required to completely fill out a security form which we will keep on file for your child.  This form provides information on parents' class location, childrens' allergies, and special needs.  When you check your child in, you will receive a sticker with your child's name and security number on it, to be placed on your child's back.  You will also receive a security number card for you to hold on to.  You must have your security number card in order to have access to Xtreme Kidz and also for your child to be released to you.  If you are needed during the service, your security number will show up on the large screens in the Worship Center.  The safety of your child is our number one priority, and we have these procedures in place to help make it as secure as possible.  We also require that all volunteers go through an application process which includes running a background check.

If you would like to go ahead and print off our security form to fill out ahead of time and bring with you, please Click Here.  You will need one card completely filled out for each child Birth through 5th grade, and if possible please print the page on cardstock.  Thank You
